"I would like to bring to your attention that last to last week I brought my Dzire car to your showroom for servicing. The service was fine, but I have been trying to contact your team regarding the windshield replacement issue. I had already spoken to the representative, who mentioned that the windshield would be sourced from another location, but I haven’t received any update yet. I’ve tried reaching out several times, but your executive is not answering the calls."

"I was customer of Vipul Motors since 2015, but recently come to know about their fraud side, My 2nd car has some issue since starting and Vipul Motors was not able to identify the issue, Later they identified the issue as a clutch issue and manufacturing defect was observed, in which Maruti approved clutch and clutch set to change under warranty, but after replacement also the issue did not get resolved and Vipul Motors keeps ignoring the issue purposely, later when the issue was escalated to Maruti and after inspection clutch was again found defective which indicates either Vipul Motors did not changed the part earlier or changed it with some faulty part, and this was the reason Vipul Motors keeps on ignoring the issue when informed multiple time. I have also faced carelessness multiple times, like they forget connecting wires to the light, leave fuse box open, leave tools in the engine area after work, etc I have taken legal action against Vipul Motors and Maruti for negligence, carelessness, possible fraud, Mental harassment, etc. I recommend you all to get every work done in front of you if you want to avoid such issues."

"On 20/11/22 , we got our IGNIS CAR serviced. Since it was the first service it was a good experience. The staff at nexa service masters was polite and helpful. The inside and outside cleaning was done Properly. Wheel Balancing was the first one to be done. Since it's a New Service Station , the number of Vehicles were less and the staff was able to pay Attention to us. The Servicing and Repair of other Customers Cars was also being Carried out. Overall Good First Experience, hope it will Carry on. Four 🌟 s to Keep Improving and Scale up."

"Recently I have got my car serviced and repaired at vioul motors in which I have got the ac job done the ac was serviced and cooling coil was changed the have charged me for the same but as in in the image it is clearly visible that the car vant was not clean the ac service was not done properly and the car was not clean after the job done the car was dirty from inside I have spend 47000 in the car and I got in return the worst service"
